Daniel is a graduate from Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts and York University BFA Music with a teaching history of over 8 years. He was involved and had been a soloist in both the York University Chamber Choir, and the York University Gospel Choir. After graduating from his studies, he moved all the way to South Korea to teach English as a second language, where that eventually led him to teach English through musical theatre and physical education.
While in South Korea, he was a Tenor 1 for the Camarata Chamber singers led by Dr. Ryan Goessl, which has won multiple awards and has sung for fundraisers, lecture concerts, various business events, private parties, and embassy events. Daniel was also involved in two Musicals during his time in South Korea and played Frederic in Pirates of Penzance (2019), and Barfee in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (2020).
Now that Daniel is back in Toronto, he hopes to get involved in musicals and performances here at home and is very excited to be teaching music again and sharing his passion for music with his students.
