Violin Voyagers (ages 6-10)
In this class, young violinists will join together to learn how to play ensemble music, get creative with violin-specific games and activities designed to help further their violin skills and hone their listening skills when playing in a group. This is a great preview to orchestra classes later in high-school!
*students must also be taking private lessons at WSM to join this class*

Saturdays at 10:00 AM, 45 minutes
Ukulele Upbeats (ages 6+)
In this class, young ukulelists will join together to learn to do ukulele-specific activities and games designed to level-up their music skills, play ensemble music and learn to play in a group.
*students must also be taking private lessons at WSM to join this class*

Tuesdays at 5:00 PM, 45 minutes
Guitar Groovers (ages 8-15)
In this class, young guitarists will join a veritable guitar choir to play guitar ensemble music together, strengthen listening and guitar skills and learn more about the guitar through activities and games
*students must also be taking private lessons at WSM to join this class*

Tuesdays at 5:45 PM, 45 minutes
Mindfulness Group Class (ages 8+)
Learn the fundamentals of mindfulness that will help you tap into your inner musician and self-evaluate & regulate well! Young artists and musicians will learn to listen to their body and mind so that they can level up in their performance skills, be able to focus inwardly and more!

Kids Choir (ages 7-12)
In this class, aspiring young singers will learn choir techniques from an experienced teacher, how to use correct breathing technique, to use their body to sing better, all while learning a variety of different repertoire. Young singers gain self-confidence while singing with friends!
Sept 6 - June 13 inclusive

Melody Makers (ages 7-12)
Learn how to create your own music in this class! Students will learn the fundamentals of music composition in kid-friendly and accessible ways. This isn't the theory class you remember! We promise music theory and composition can be fun and engaging!

Saturdays at 11:00 AM, 60 minutes
Performance Masterclass (all ages!)
Gain important insights into how you perform and present onstage in this class. Only once a month, this class is designed to get students up on stage and listening to experienced teachers' critiques of their pieces and performing techniques. Don't worry, this class is designed to help students enjoy performing, not make them more nervous!
